Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. We provide tracking information on all deliveries . You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provide. We will not be held responsible for orders that show delivered.

If you live in the Miami, FL area, Glo Ae Sis! provides an option for you to schedule a meet up location to obtain your order. Upon completing your order please email info@glo-ae-sis.com reference your order number and a date and time will be scheduled .

Pre- orders will have ship dates listed in the description to reference the date item is stocked. Once stocked item will ship out the following business day.
Return Policy

Glo Ae Sis! takes pride in all products we send out. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we will gladly exchange any unused items within 5 days of contacting us after your shipment arrives. Sale items are final sale.

Any items used may not be exchanged. No refunds are offered. Store Credits will be issued with a 10% restocking fee. Glo Ae Sis! will not pay for return shipping fees on exchanges. Store credit is issued and must be used within 15 business days from issue.

Store Credits will not be valid on pre-orders and new arrivals.

Please be advised that chargebacks are strictly not acceptable and those that file them are subject to be sued. Glo Ae Sis! has the right to sue for damages to name, products, finances and lost wages. Court cost and attorney fees will be at expense of customer.
